Danielle is the Managing Director leading Brickett Consulting’s tax compliance practice. With over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of international organizations, including nonprofits, government contractors, and commercial companies, Danielle understands the tax challenges of a global workforce. She provides practical guidance and world-class service to her clients navigating these challenges.

Danielle supports her clients when they send US workers overseas or when they bring foreign national employees to the US to work. She assists clients with all aspects of the tax compliance process, including:

• Pre-assignment tax planning to minimize global tax.

• US federal and state tax return preparation.

• Coordination of foreign tax filings.

• Hypothetical tax calculations.

• Tax equalization calculations.

She possesses extensive global payroll experience, including the implementation of ‘best practices’ payroll processes and procedures, shadow payroll set-up, and year end payroll reviews to correctly report US and foreign compensation.

In addition, Danielle works with clients to develop practical processes and procedures surrounding US and foreign tax compliance for business travelers.

Danielle also provides tax planning and compliance services for individuals who need assistance with global tax affairs, delinquent tax filings, foreign bank account reporting and voluntary disclosures. Danielle works with a large variety of US taxpayers who live overseas, as well as foreign nationals who live or work in the U.S., own U.S. real estate, or sit on corporate boards.
